interconnected rooms, central city location, cleanliness and accommodating housekeeping
Limited on-site parking impacts convenience!!! Dim lighting in rooms creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Effort needed to enhance shower performance and fix room locks!!! Guest check-in knowledge must improve!!!

Booked it for 1 day and had a perfectly pleasant experience. I asked for a superior twin room and the one given was a decent size and huge. The staff were really helpful and responsive and the room services, wake up calls, and ironing were free of charge. Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was very good! Location: the hotel was not far from history museum and the city centre. The food from the attached restaurant was local.
The bathroom I had was dirty.

Three nights in a Premier Twin Room delivered spacious comfort, perfect for a family with children. The hotel is close to major attractions. Staff were attentive and helpful, even going out of their way with errands. A late night order from the restaurant surprised with its quality. American-inspired dishes were delicious and reasonably priced. Though the airport transfer was missed, taxis were readily available, keeping the experience stress-free.

Very convenient location, friendly staff, good food (though they can still add more choices)
No complaints - maybe they should provide extra service by giving brochures about Brunei, suggest to guests where to go? To shop?, Give Maps/travel brochures upon check-in. In short, dont wait for the guests to ask for it, they should give it right away upon check-in. Maybe they should also give a small item as souvenir.

Room is modern, clean and comfort.
I asked staff the way to go to "the mall" and I got the answer about map and direction but they didn't tell me that they have a free shuttle bus service to go to the mall. I saw it by myself after I came back to hotel. Umm! So I had to pay for taxi 30 dollars. What's waste of my money. Other things about this hotel are great.

Solid location near Kampung Ayer and Kianggeh Market. The room offered good amenities like a refrigerator, kettle, and a clean bathroom, though it felt a bit snug for two people.
Lighting in the room was insufficient, with just a couple of bedside lamps leading to a dim atmosphere. The shower produced a constant squeaky noise, and hot water only came after several minutes, which isn't ideal after a long day. Limited closet space might make extended stays tricky if you're packing for a longer journey.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was in a very good location down town, close to bus terminals, taxi stands, and easy access to the water taxi. The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, and the breakfast offered each morning had a lot of variety and was delicious.
The room we stayed in had a bit of a bad smell to it, but overall this didn't affect the quality of our stay.
